Completely renovated in 2021, Espace Ambresin is located at the heart of the village of Ambresin in the municipality of Wasseiges, at the intersection of the provinces of Liège, Namur and Brabant Wallon, and near major motorways.
This former presbytery, next to the Saint-Martin church, is exceptional by nature. It will captivate you by its tranquility and its high level of comfort. It is an ideal place for the organization of professional or private events.
The kitchen and the dining room
The modern kitchen, opened to the dining room offers a friendly space for group meals with garden view. The dining room table can comfortably seat 15 people. The central kitchen island offers 4 additional seats. The kitchen is fully-equipped.
The living room and the gaming room
With its large sofa, the living room invites you to relax, to share good cinematographic moments or to follow the major sporting events of the moment. It is equipped with a connected flat-screen TV.
Above the living room, the game room is a great place for fun activities such as billiards and board games.
The bedrooms and bathrooms
The 6 large comfortable bedrooms can accommodate 12 to 15 people maximum (babies included).
They are equipped with hotel-quality box-springs beds and can be arranged in a double (King Size) or twin bed configuration. Two bedrooms have extra long beds (210 cm).
Two family rooms can accommodate up to 4 people comfortably.
All rooms are equipped with a private bathroom (with toilet, sink, shower or bath).
The meeting room
A large modular room located to the ground floor can accommodate meetings, receptions or other leisure activities.
Different configurations are possible: in theatre mode, rectangular meeting room or U-shaped layout, high tables, etc. Depending on your objectives, we will advise you on the best layout.
All the equipment needed for professional meetings and seminars is provided: projector, screen, etc.
The garden and the terrace
The garden, ideally exposed to the south, provides a pleasant green setting all year round. During sunny days, the terrasse offers a nice place to share meals and aperitive. Hidden relaxation areas provide greater pleasure to this outdoor space, not to mention its life-size photo frame!
